Thank you for shopping with LF Laboratories. Please review our Returns and Refunds Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Due to the nature of dietary supplements and for health and safety reasons, we have specific conditions for returns.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging
• The return request must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date
• The product must be in resalable condition

Opened, used, damaged, or unsealed products are not eligible for return or refund.

  1. Return Approval Required

All returns require prior approval. To request a return, please contact us at support@lifefuellabs.com and include:

• Your order number
• The reason for the return
• Photos of the product if requested

Returns sent without approval may be refused and returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.

  1. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  1. Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

If the return does not meet the eligibility requirements, the refund may be denied, and the product may be returned to you.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened or used dietary supplements
• Products with broken or missing seals
• Products returned after the 14-day return window
• Gift cards or promotional items
• Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged or incorrect item and packaging

We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

  1. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist with a carrier investigation. Resolution depends on the carrier’s findings.

  1. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
